Main daily tasks include:
- informing interested customers about the fuel cards
- checking eligibility for the fuel cards
- completing administration (in close contact with new customer)
- setting up contract
- welcome calls
- retention calls
- Maintain fully informed on surveys, service and campaigns of the client in the local market.
- Supports the running projects actively
- Accurately logging and recording the calls in line with procedures and maintaining and updating all administration.
This job needs to be fulfilled within given timescales, efficiently and effectively. It is important to meet specified call volume/production targets which are agreed per market.
Profiel Norwegian Call Center Agent - Sykes
- Fluent in Norwegian to support the Norwegian market. English language skills need to be good to understand and contribute to internal communication within Sykes.
- Conveys information clearly and effectively both written and verbal and active listening skills
- Team player and self motivator
- Some experience with sales and providing customer service
- High level of accuracy
- Displays a positive attitude to customer, client and to the team
- Able to organize the administration and data inputting to ensure accurate information is held
- Well developed PC skills.
- If successful, can start on 25 April 2011 at SYKES Amsterdam.
- If successful, you don’t have any holidays planned for the first 3 months.
